Iraq's stability commission summons incumbent minister

2023-01-04T13:01:54.000000 Iraqs federal commission of Integrity on Wednesday said it has summoned the incumbent minister of justice, Khalid Shwani, for allegations related to abuse of power.A declaration by Al-Karkhs court, which is concentrated on corruption cases, stated that the minister and the officer in charge of security authorizations are believed to be associated with hindering the application of a judicial decision about feeding detainees.

The summoning choice was provided in accordance with Article 329 of Iraqs chastening code.
