Low-cost Mexican airline "Viva Aerobus" has announced the signing of a letter of intent to purchase 90 Airbus A321neo aircraft.The deal, which confirms previous reports, was made public on Wednesday.The specific price of the aircraft was not disclosed, as Airbus no longer publishes catalog prices.However, based on stock prices from 2018, the agreement is estimated to be worth around US$11.7 billion before industry-standard discounts.This purchase expands Viva Aerobus' existing order backlog to a total of 170 Airbus aircraft, all belonging to the A320 family.The A321neo planes will be equipped with Pratt .
