India

Half-baked information on health and diet trends is just a click away these days.

One day we learn about a trending diet and immediately follow it and the next day when we read about something else we switch the diet style.

Is it healthy? A crash diet pattern affects biological functionings like blood sugar level and mental health.

Knowledge around diet and nutrition is a linear path these days, where there is only access to lots of information, and unfortunately, most of them are not expert-verified.

Daily nutrition and diet are the foundation stones of our health.

What we feed our body right now, will decide how healthy we are going to be as we age.

Hence, it is imperative to focus on what we consume on a daily basis, including both macronutrients and micronutrients.

To address this lack of awareness and strengthen our understanding of nutritional values, Saffola and Times of India have joined hands together.

Saffola 40 under 40Saffola presents ‘40 under 40’, an initiative by TOI dedicated to leading the charge for a healthier India.

This endeavour is designed to ignite a sense of reflection among young Indians, urging them to pause their relentless pursuit of a "productive" life and acknowledge the potential repercussions of their inactive and unhealthy routines.

Spanning 60 days, this health movement calls upon Indians to embark on a journey of daily wellness, enhancing their lifestyle scores through Roz ka Healthy Steps.
