JAMMU AND KASHMIR: The Jammu and Kashmir state catastrophe management authority has actually released a warning concerning the probability of avalanches happening in 12 districts, including Anantnag, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Doda, Rajouri, and Poonch, over the next 24 hours.The State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) has actually cautioned of a potential medium risk level avalanche in certain districts, particularly those situated at altitudes varying from 2,000 to 2,500 metres.

These districts include Anantnag, Bandipore, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Kulgam, Doda, Kishtwar and Poonch.While avalanche with a low risk level is likely to happen above 2,000 to 2,500 metres over Reasi, Rajouri - & Ramban districts in the next 24 hours.

Individuals residing in these locations are advised to take safety measures and avoid venturing into avalanche-prone locations for security functions, the SDMA included.
