Congratulations are in order for actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela.

The power couple on Tuesday, welcomed their first child, a baby girl.

The hospital made the happy announcement in a statement that read, "Ms Upasana Kamineni Konidela and Mr Ram Charan Konidela had a baby girl born today 20th June 2023, at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and both the baby and mother are doing well."Image courtesy: InstagramSoon after the news broke, fans and friends of the couple took to their handles to celebrate the birth of the baby and wish the new parents the best.

According to reports, celebrations have already kicked off at Chiranjeevi's house.

The Konidela and Kamineni families are elated about the new arrival to the family.

Meanwhile, fans across the globe have already started celebrating and dubbed the newborn as #megaprincess.The arrival of the little one comes 11 years after the Ram Charan and Upasana tied the knot.

The couple wed in 2012.

On Dember 12, 2022, the couple announced their pregnancy.

In a recent interview, Upasana said that usually Indian couples separate from their parents after giving birth to a child but assured that they will not do the same.

The couple is expected to move in with their in-laws to help raise the baby.
