Haritha Aluthge urged that the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) take all required measures concerning the relevant investigation, emphasising that it is the CID’s responsibility to ensure that the investigation is carried out efficiently.Meanwhile, Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Kavinda Jayawardena also stated that the Secretary to the Ministry of Health be immediately arrested in connection with the incident.
