Speaking to ANI on Saturday, SP Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said, "UPPSC Chairman and Basic EducationSecretary have received a message from an unknown number wherein the sender has used abusive language.
We have registered an FIR in both the matters."Further investigations are on.
