New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a plea challenging the Election Commission's (EC) decision to conduct the West Bengal Assembly surveys over eight phases.A bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde turned down the plea, which had actually likewise looked for to disallow the Bharatiya Janata Celebration (BJP) and its leaders from using the Jai Shri Ram slogan during the survey campaign in the state.
