Import of 10 essential items through open accounts permitted

Permission has been granted to import 10 essential items including rice, sugar, wheat flour and dhal through open accounts, the Minister of Trade says.Permission will be given with effect from the 01st of July.The 10 essential items are as follows:1.

Rice2.

Wheat flour3.

White sugar4.

Red dhal5.

Milk powder6.

Big onions7.

Potatoes8.

Dried chillies9.

Dried sprats10.

Watana dhal.
