A proposition to designate a committee to examine Adani Groups wind energy projects in Sri Lanka is slated to be tabled at the Cabinet meeting set up for tomorrow (06 ), according to a spokesperson from the Ministry of Energy.The proposed jobs focus on constructing wind power plants in the Mannar and Poonaryn areas.Under an arrangement approved by the previous administration, a tariff of 8.26 United States cents per system of electrical energy was concurred upon for the wind energy generated by these projects.Accordingly, the new proposition intends to reassess this contract by selecting a committee to thoroughly evaluate its terms and conditions.
