Sri Lankan Airlines has revealed an Artificial intelligence powered chatbot for customer assistance, named Yaana.Yaana incorporates advanced AI and natural language processing technologies to assist with a variety of traveler inquiries.The Head of Worldwide Sales and Distribution at SriLankan Airlines, Dimuthu Tennakoon revealed that Yaana has dealt with close to 12,000 inquiries and has actually autonomously dealt with 88% of them.The customer support chatbot was established in collaboration with CodeGen International, and is now offered on Sri Lankan Airlines business website.The new chatbot is programmed to run on multiple languages, including English, French and Spanish.
