His Excellency Dr.
Purna Bahadur Nepali as the Ambassador of Nepal.Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, Vijitha Herath, in addition to Secretary to the President Dr.
Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, were likewise present at the occasion.
