Boao report highlights Asia's quick progress in green innovations

The Boao Forum for Asia 2025 remains in full speed.
On March 25th, two significant reports were released.
The yearly report title Addressing Climate Change: Asia Going Green, highlights Asias fast progress in emerging green innovations and how it is poised to end up being a worldwide leader in advanced battery materials, bio-based eco-friendly plastics, green hydrogen, carbon capture, utilization, and storage( CCUS), and digital carbon management.
At the Boao Forum, CGTN press reporter Xu Yi talked with Wang Yao, Director General of the International Institute of Green Finance at the Central University of Finance and Economics, who said Asia is driving its green shift through a multi-pronged approach including policy frameworks, market assistance, and market forces.
She kept in mind that technological improvements and environment funding are the 2 essential drivers accelerating this improvement.
