New Delhi: Gold prices fell marginally today in the national capital today, extending its fall for the third straight day.
Gold rates today slipped by Rs 20 to Rs 31,980 per 10 grams at the bullion market.
Gold price had lost Rs 200 in the last two days.
Subdued global prices also kept domestic prices in check.
In global markets, spot gold fell 0.1 per cent to $1309.61 per ounce.
But silver prices recovered, gaining Rs 100 per kg to Rs 40,300 on buying by industrial units.
