Firefighters have extinguished a blaze at an oil depot in the southern Saratov region, nearly a week after Ukraine declared duty for a drone strike targeting the center, regional authorities said Monday.The city of Engels declared a state of emergency situation following the attack on Wednesday, with Ukrainian authorities later stating the strike hit a depot providing fuel to the Russian flying force.
