The United National Party (UNP) and the New Democratic Front (NDF) have decided to submit a proposal recommending to establish a Select Committee to verify the educational qualifications of the Ministers and MPs representing the National Peoples Power (NPP).The relevant proposal will be presented to the parliament by MP Jeevan Thondaman, according to political sources.
