4 Sri Lankan presumes who were wanted over their involvement in numerous criminal activities and were detained in Chennai, India have been given the island today (19 ).
Among the 4 suspects consists of Ravindu Sandeepa, the Police Constable (PC) who helped in the escape attempt of well-known drug trafficker Nadun Chinthaka Wickremeratne alias Harak Kata from Criminal Investigation Department (CID) custody and later ran away the island, according to Sri Lanka Police.They are currently under the CID custody at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Ada Derana reporter said.
