TEHRAN Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Wednesday night responded to Donald Trump that signed a presidential memorandum to reinstate maximum pressure against Iran, calling it a failed experience.Araghchi suggested that smart persons will adopt maximum wisdom and not maximum pressure.What is called maximum pressure is a failed experience.
