The Mexican Association of Automotive Distributors (AMDA) had estimated sales of 1,506,041 vehicles.December 2024 saw 146,365 light vehicles sold, up 1.9% from December 2023.
This increase of 2,703 units exceeded December 2019 sales by 12.2%.Despite December traditionally being the strongest month, 2024s December sales grew less than expected.
