Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) Amir Khan Muttaqi on Thursday consulted with senior Iranian Foreign Ministry main Mohammad Reza Bahrami Taqanaki for talks on bilateral relations, water concerns, Afghan refugees and recent advancements.
