The Russian Ambassador to Kabul Dmitry Zhirnov has welcomed the Acting Minister of Energy and Water of the Islamic Emirate, Abdul Latif Mansoor, to attend the upcoming Kazan Economic Forum, arranged to be held in May this year.According to a statement issued by the ministry, Acting Minister Abdul Latif Mansoor accepted the invite and in return advised Russian-state owned companies and private services to purchase Afghanistan& rsquo; s water and energy projects, especially the project focused on transferring water from Panjshir province to Kabul.Mansoor likewise revealed his appreciation for Russia& rsquo; s current decision to eliminate the Islamic Emirate from its list of prohibited organizations.The Russian government formally delisted the Islamic Emirate as a banned group a few days back —-- a move that experts think will pave the way for expanded cooperation in between Kabul and Moscow throughout different sectors.The post Afghanistan& rsquo; s acting minister of energy and water invited to participate in Kazan Forum initially appeared on TINS News.
