State Bank of India (SBI) debit card rules: The customers are allowed withdrawals up to Rs 40,000 per dayState Bank of India (SBI) has a network of more than 43,000 ATMs in the country.
Its network of ATMs is also the largest among any bank in the country.
SBIoffers various banking services to its customers, such ashome loans, car loans, fixed deposit (FD) accounts, savings bank accounts, current accounts and recurring deposit accounts.
ItsATM-cum-debit cards can be used at any of its group ATMs, which include the ATMs of State Bank of Bikaner Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Travancore, according to the bank's website -sbi.co.in.(SBI ATM cash withdrawal rules explained)Cash Withdrawal: State Bank of India customers can withdraw up to Rs 40,000 in cash from an ATM using its Classic Debit Card.
Higher value cards permit daily withdrawal limits of up to Rs 1 lakh per day, according the SBI website.( Post office, SBI ATM cash withdrawal limit compared)Free ATM Transactions: SBI customers can also transact at over 1 lakh ATMs of other banks linked to the National Financial Switch.
According to RBI guidelines, customers are entitled to five free transactions in a calendar month for savings bank account holders, according to the SBI website.
Upon completion of five free transactions in a month, the SBI customers will be charged Rs 17 (including tax)per financial transaction and Rs 6 per transaction of non-financial nature, according to the SBI website.Fast Cash Feature: SBI customers can use features such as "fast cash" on the ATM.
