Budget carrier IndiGo has introduced new flights connecting Surat.On robust growth of air traffic in recent times, airlines in the country have come up with new routes to attract customers and to increase their market share.

IndiGo will start operations on the new daily direct flights on the five routes -- Surat-Delhi, Surat-Bengaluru, Surat-Mumbai, Surat-Jaipur, and Surat-Hyderabad -- from August 16, 2018.AirAsia's new flights in detail:AirAsia India has come up with new direct flights on Bengaluru-Amritsar route.
It is also offering up to 30 per cent discount on flight tickets on the route.
AirAsia's latest offer on flight tickets is valid till July 22.
The daily, direct AirAsia flights on the route will commence from July 26.
Earlier, AirAsia India was offering flight tickets for the same route at a starting, one-way all-inclusive flight ticket price of Rs.
4,499.Meanwhile, Jet Airways today announced a discount offer on domestic and international flight tickets.
It is offering up to 30 per cent discount on international flight tickets and 25 per cent discount on domestic flight tickets.
