Since the arrival of Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio, the telecom sector has seen an aggressive war which has also compelled Vodafone and Idea to join hands.
As data packs are the most popular among customers, Vodafone's new recharge packs of Rs 511 and Rs 569 offer 2GB 3G/4G data per day and 3GB 3G/4G data per day, respectively, according to the operator's official website - vodafone.in.

The plan is valid for 84 days.
Under Airtel's Rs 499 plan, one gets unlimited local, STD and roaming calls.
It also offers 100 SMSes per day and 2GB data per day.
However, the plan is valid for 82 days.
