"China and the world advance towards each other, achieving mutual success!" This is how Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and minister of foreign affairs, defined China's relationship with the world during the foreign affairs press conference at the Two Sessions on Friday.
In a world of change and turmoil, China is helping bring stability in an uncertain world, he noted.According to the poll conducted by CGTN across 44 countries with 32,266 respondents, global respondents widely praised the principles and actions of China's major-country diplomacy with distinctive characteristics.
They expressed expectations for China to play a greater role in global governance and in building a fairer and more equitable international order. In CGTN's "China Favorability" global survey conducted for two consecutive years, respondents' favorability toward China's national image has improved.

Also, 87.2 percent recognize a significant rise in China's international influence, up by 8.4 percentage points.Alongside the rising favorability, respondents' willingness to visit China has also increased.
Over two years, the proportion of respondents who consider China an attractive country grew by 14.8 percentage points, reaching 72.7 percent. The improvement in favorability toward China is attributed to its concrete actions: achieving the restoration of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, promoting reconciliation among Palestinian factions, advancing the historic expansion of the BRICS mechanism, and supporting the African Union's inclusion in the G20.
China has actively proposed more Chinese solutions and contributed Chinese wisdom to address regional and global challenges. In the survey, 58.9 percent of global respondents affirmed China's efforts in resolving geopolitical conflicts, and 53.3 percent positively evaluated China's significant contributions to addressing global humanitarian crises.
