chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, Kangra BJP legislator Shanta Kumar and Union Health minister Jagat Prakash Nadda when he reached the
helipad in Dharamshala.Himachal Pradesh Governor Acharya Devvrat was also present on the occasion.
