NEW DELHI: Grasim Industries on Wednesday posted an 18.26 per cent rise in standalone profit at Rs 373.12 crore against 315.49 crore profit
in the year-ago period.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 4,605.55 crore, a 47.77 per cent jump from 3,116.64 crore logged in the
corresponding quarter last year.
Total income of the company came in at Rs 4,707.53 crore, up 49.5 per cent rise from the year-ago
period.
Diluted earnings per share (EPS) of the company came in at Rs 5.68 against Rs 6.76 in the March quarter of FY17.
On a consolidated
basis, net profit of the company stood at Rs 720.09 crore in March quarter against Rs 774.54 crore last year.
