helicopter Mi-17V is said to be Rs3.475 billion while the current cost of Russian-made MiG 21 is tough to asdegree because Russia had shut
manufacturing MiG 21 in 1985.It is said that the cost India suffered owing to the lost of two fighter jets, fresh Delhi could built more
