disqualification is permanent.Nawaz Sharif and Jahangir Khan Tareen were also disqualified under the same provision of the
Sharif and Jahangir Tareen must now face the consequences of their actions.A five-member larger bench of the apex court, headed by Chief
Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, announced the reserved verdict in the cases involving interpretation, determination of the question of temporary
or permanent bar on the parliamentarians to contest elections.According to the Supreme Court decision, the constitution declares a person
disquieted for life who is not Sadiq and Ameen.
