The Nifty Midcap 100 index has lost 4.3 per cent, while the benchmark Nifty 50 has shed more than 1 per cent
A significant number of mid-sized stocks have fallen between 10 per cent and as high as 75 per cent
This may have made many mid-sized companies with high earnings visibility attractive value bets
