The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) offloaded the manager of Ramzan sugar mills Muhammad Mushtaq and took him into custody from Lahore
airport, on Monday.The FIA sources said that Muhammad Mushtaq, who was set to depart for Dubai from Lahore via Pakistan International
Airlines (PIA) flight, was offloaded as his name was placed on the Exit Control List (ECL).His name was placed on ECL on National
Accountability Bureau (NAB) request, sources further said
He shall be handed over to NAB for further investigation
Mushtaq is accused of making Rs70 million transactions in Salman Shahebaz account.However, the Sharif family members have denied the reports
of Muhammad Mustaq any affiliations with the Ramzan sugar mills.The Sharif family spokesperson said, &Muhammad Mushtaq was never a manager
of any of the family sugar mills
Mushtaq was never even an employ of the Sharif family.&&Sharif family media trial is an ill-intentioned and regrettable step
The purpose of issuing such one-sided statements without any investigation is character assassination,& the spokesperson added.The Ramzan
Sugar Mills case is currently under trial in the accountability court against Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz and other accused for allegedly
misusing their powers for the construction of a drain in Chiniot district, to benefit the sugar mills owned by the
