Jagan launches pulse polio drive

Speaking on the occasion, he stated that the project was introduced to get rid of poliomyelitis (polio) in the nation by vaccinating all
children under the age of five
He said around 52.72 lakh children of less than five years age are to be administered polio drops in the State
He said the success of the program was that not a single case of polio has been reported in the country since 2011
