Raipur: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will perform its Class 12 tests from June 1 where students would be enabled to
gather question documents from defined centres, take them home and submit the answer copies within 5 days, officials said.As per an order
issued late Saturday night by CGBSE secretary V K Goyal, the board has chosen to perform the tests in this pattern in view of the COVID-19
pandemic and the safety of over 2.86 lakh trainees across the state
The order stated trainees of Class 12 will be provided five days from June 1 to 5 to gather the question papers and blank response sheets
from the defined centres.They can collect the question papers on any date in between June 1 and 5
The trainees would have to submit the answer copies at their particular centres within 5 days from the date of collection of the concern
papers, the order said.For example, if a student takes the question documents on June 1, then she or he need to submit the answer copies by
June 6 during working hours, Goyal stated, including that those who stop working to send the answer documents within the specified time will
The response copies can likewise be submitted on Sunday and vacations
Trainees are advised to get the question papers of their own subjects only, he said.They must write the answers by themselves instead of
taking assistance from others, he said.The initially page of the response copy should carry all the details relating to the student such as
name, roll number, topic, subject code, signature and date, he said.Students need to concern send the answer sheets personally with their
signature in the participation register.If a trainee takes 20 pages for composing the responses, then she or he needs to send the same
variety of pages mandatorily even if they are blank
The answer copies sent through post or courier would not be accepted by the board, Goyal stated
It is compulsory for all students to follow social distancing and wear masks while collecting and sending the question papers and address
sheets, he said.On May 19, 2021, the CGBSE declared outcomes of Class 10 based upon an internal evaluation of the trainees as no final
evaluations were carried out in view of the pandemic.In March this year, the Chhattisgarh federal government closed all schools in the state
and stated it will promote students of all classes, disallowing Classes 10 and 12, without performing their examinations.
