within the government on the proposed policy as efforts to sensationalise any feedback
Mentioning that it is elementary to get feedback on the draft rules, the minister said, this speaks of the robust method of the working of
the federal government which wants to engage with stakeholders and take different points of view on board and develop an effective policy

stakeholders, he said.Mr Goyal was responding to a question on media reports on difference of opinion amongst various ministries and
federal government think-tank Niti Aayog on the draft e-commerce rules.Earlier in the day, a federal government official had stated that
there is substantial difference of opinion within the government on the draft guidelines and flagged concerns that constant modification
of the policy triggers a great deal of uncertainty.Currently, the customer affairs ministry is taking a look at the general public discuss
ban on fraudulent flash sales and mis-selling in addition to consultation of primary compliance officer or grievance redressal officer,
which are amongst the essential amendments proposed to the Consumer Security (e-commerce) Rules, 2020
I am extremely entertained with all that has been going in the papers ..
I am impressed by some of the reports that I check out, trying to sensationalise any feedback that you get, Mr Goyal informed reporters
after launching the National Single Window System portal here.A draft policy is framed to get public feedback, which is a procedure of
stakeholders' consultation, he stated, adding that every area needs to endure and grow. The customer affairs ministry, which has gotten wide
and varied comments on the draft guidelines, is taking a look at the remarks seriously as optimal consumer grievances got at the federal
