assistance to alleviate the situation.The offered assistance includes a mobile water treatment plant capable of producing 1,700 half-liter
sachets per hour.Argentina also proposed sending workers to operate the plant and ensure continuous production.Argentina offers water

water crisis, particularly in the city of Montevideo and its surrounding metropolitan area.The Uruguayan government has already declared a
water emergency for this region, as the water supply has been significantly impacted since May as a result of the prolonged drought.
