Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan met with Omer Bolat,
Turkey&s Minister of Trade during his visit to the country this past week.During the meeting the two sides discussed matters of trade,
investment, regional connectivity, and the advancement of economic collaboration between the two nations.Addressing a gathering, Mullah
Abdul Ghani Baradar, underscored the enduring bond between Afghanistan and Turkey, emphasizing their historical camaraderie.He highlighted
the current opportunity to amplify these relations, stressing the mutual imperative for both parties to harness this potential.During this
visit, Baradar elaborated on the augmentation of trade ties with Turkey, the promotion of investments in industrial zones, the nurturing of
small and medium-sized enterprises, the establishment of an air corridor linking the two countries, and the organization of
exhibitions.Baradar also advocated for the establishment of a joint chamber of commerce as well as increased Turkish investment in
Afghanistan.Bolat in turn reassured Baradar of Turkey&s commitment to supporting bilateral trade and the facilitation of investments from
