[Afghanistan] - Islamabad orders Kabul to act against groups that assault Pakistan

INSUBCONTINENT EXCLUSIVE:
The representative of Afghanistan&s embassy in Islamabad was summoned to Pakistan&s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday and asked to
ensure action is taken against all groups in Afghanistan that conduct terrorist attacks against Pakistan.This comes after a suicide attack
on a security forces convoy in Bannu district on Sunday
According to Islamabad the attack was carried out by an Afghan national and that Hafiz Gul Bahadur group has claimed responsibility for the
incident.According to Pakistan media, Afghanistan&s representative has been asked to ensure Kabul carries out a full investigation into the
incident and acts against the perpetrators.He was also asked to convey the message that immediate verifiable actions need to be taken
against all terrorist groups and their sanctuaries in Afghanistan.Pakistan has also asked for Afghanistan to apprehend the group&s leader
Hafiz Gul Bahadar and hand him over to Pakistan.Bahadar was initially aligned with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan but has reportedly
distanced himself from the TTP over the past few years.Meanwhile, Sardar Ahmad Shakib, Chargé d&affaires of Afghanistan Embassy in Pakistan
denies he was summoned to the ministry.&No, I have not been summoned, we received their letter through one of our diplomats,& Shakib told

According to him the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan sent a letter to Afghanistan&s embassy on November 28, in which it said that
the person who attacked the soldier in Bannu is an Afghan.&They also wrote a number in the letter, which he said is the paper identity card
number of the attacker,& Shakib added
