Two senior Russian officers have been imprisoned on charges of failing to prevent a Ukrainian missile strike on Russia, the first such case
of its kind, the business daily Kommersantreported Wednesday, citing anonymous sources familiar with the trial.Lieutenant Colonel Anatoly
