UN meetings.In a meeting with the Japanese ambassador, Kabir said the Islamic Emirate had been ready to attend the Doha meeting but had set
conditions
He said the &designers& of the meeting missed this opportunity.He also welcomed the UN Secretary General&s decision about the need for more
meetings in future and said the IEA &views& these meetings favorably.Meanwhile, the head of the IEA&s political office in Doha Suhail
Shaheen said in an audio message that the reason for the Islamic Emirate&s absence at this week&s meeting was that the conditions they had
set were not met.&We did not participate in the Doha meeting because the conditions were not accepted.&Representatives of more than 25
countries attended the meeting that was held in Doha on Monday and Tuesday.Addressing a press conference, Antonio Guterres, the Secretary
General of the United Nations, said participants discussed &creating conditions in the next meeting for the presence of the ruling
