Acting Minister of Haj and Religious Affairs heads to Uzbekistan

Acting Minister of Haj and Religious Affairs Noor Muhammad Saqib left Kabul for Uzbekistan on Saturday.Leading a 10-member delegation of
clerics, Saqib embarked on the tour at the invitation of Mufti Nuruddin Khaliq Nazar, chairman of the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan, the
Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs said in a statement.The aim is strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation in religious and
educational activities of the two countries.The delegation is expected to visit the religious and Islamic centers of Uzbekistan in the
cities of Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand, and hold talks with the officials of the Islamic institutions of the neighboring country
regarding the strengthening and development of relations with the Islamic Emirate, the expansion of relations between the scholars of the
two countries, and cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of mosques and madrasas, according to the statement.The post Acting
