Nearly 1,500 Afghan refugees deported from Pakistan

The Ministry of Refugee and Repatriation (MoRR) announced Saturday the deportation of over one thousand Afghan migrants from Pakistan.The
ministry stated in a statement that a total of 1,479 Afghan migrants have returned to the country after being expelled by Pakistan.These
refugees re-entered the country through the Spin Boldak border and the Torkham border in Nangarhar province.Meanwhile, the United Nations
High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) recently stated that support for women and girls remains a primary concern among returnees, as they
face multiple dangers.According to the latest report by UNHCR, among the returnees, 80 percent are women and children, with 48 percent being
