in a video message that there is no obstacle to reopening embassies of countries in Kabul and any country, including the US, can activate
their embassy in Kabul and be in contact with the Islamic Emirate through diplomatic channels.He added that currently more than sixteen
embassies are active in Kabul and their security is ensured.&Opening embassies is a decision of the countries themselves
