requested Irish people to visit Nepal for different adventure and recreational activities.

According to
Ngawa Nima Sherpa, former Board Member of Nepal Tourism Board, the event was organised jointly by NRNA Ireland -Nepal Ireland Society, with
the support from Embassy of Nepal, UK, at Farmleigh House, Phoenix Park in Dublin.As this year marks the 12th year anniversary of the event
having the same first organized in 2013, the event showcased Nepal Cultural Program, Exhibition of Visit Nepal Photos, Handicraft Stalls and
Nepal Talk Programme.
Around 5,000 visitors attended the major activities while Deputy Sean Crowe,TD (Convenor for Nepal
Ireland Parliamentary Friendship Group) was the chief guest of the opening ceremony
Ali, Supriya Singh and tourism entrepreneur Ngawa Ngima Sherpa were also present in the opening ceremony.On the sideline, the "Nepal Talk
Program" was hosted by the general secretary of NRNA Ireland, Chandra (Kaji) Ghale
The purpose of the talk show was to invite Irish guest speakers and let them share their experiences of visiting Nepal
All guest speakers had already visited Nepal
Special guest speaker from Nepal Ngawa Ngima Sherpa, who was invited by the organizing committee, did the presentation about visiting Nepal
"This was the first time any mountaineering expert from Nepal had come to deliver a talk on the event," Ghale said.

Sherpa shared the glimpses of Nepal's tourism
destinations and appealed to all to visit Nepal once in their lifetime
"Nepal is always ready to welcome you," Sherpa said.Other guest speakers for the "Nepal Talk Program" include Paul Doherty (Former Oxfam
Ireland Charity Organization), who was in Nepal in 1990 doing charity works in Surkhet, Nepal as well as Ann Marie Kennedy, Frank Alley,
Monika PP and Anne Yonten (Tibetan Buddhist Centre, Ireland).
