spokesman told Ariana News.The blast happened in Dasht-e-Barchi area in the west of the city.There was no immediate claim of responsibility
for the bombing.Khalid Zadran, the city&s police spokesman, said that it was a commuter vehicle, adding that 11 civilians were injured and
