The Afghanistan national futsal team beat Guatemala 5-4 in their continental five-a-side tournament match on Monday afternoon, September 2,
in Bangkok, Thailand.For Afghanistan, this will be a warm-up tournament ahead of the FIFA Futsal World Cup 2024 that&s expected to kick off
later this month in Uzbekistan.Thailand is currently hosting the continental five-a-side tournament, involving teams from Afghanistan, the
host Thailand, Guatemala, New Zealand, and Kuwait.This tournament started on August 29 and will run through until September 6 after which
teams will start making their way to Uzbekistan for the World Cup which gets underway on September 14.FIFA meanwhile recently updated the
