INSUBCONTINENT EXCLUSIVE:
Saliya Wickramasuriya has resigned from his position as the Chairman of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) and the Ceylon Petroleum Storage
(CPSTL).He has tendered his resignation to the Secretary to the Ministry of Power and Energy.In his resignation letter, Mr Wickramasuriya
had been appointed as chairperson to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) and the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd
(CPSTL) with effect from October 5, 2023.An energy industry specialist, Wickramasuriya had also previously served as the Chairman of the
Board of the Petroleum Development Authority and as a member of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission.
