The case filed against the former State Minister Diana Gamage over allegedly obtaining a passport by producing formed documents was taken up
for hearing before the Colombo High Court today (04).During the proceedings, the state counsel informed the court that it has been decided
stated before the court that he wanted to examine the original birth certificate of the defendant which has been submitted as evidence to
conference.The Attorney General has filed indictments against former State Minister Diana Gamage for fraudulently obtaining a Sri Lankan
passport by submitting a National Identity Card forged in the Panadura and Colombo areas between October 9 and December 1, 2004.
