Systems throughout 5,000 spiritual organizations throughout Sri Lanka.Designed to reduce energy expenses and support Sri Lankas shift
towards renewable resource, the project spans all 9 provinces and 25 districts, representing the major religions in the island.The project
aims to produce 25 MW of solar capability, providing roughly 37 million systems each year, and add to Sri Lankas people-centric energy
Indias assistance extends beyond setup, with a five-year upkeep plan to ensure sustained benefits.This effort lines up with Indias
Neighbourhood First policy, which stresses cooperation on Sri Lankan priorities
It also matches other energy cooperations, including solar electrification of Buddhist temples, hybrid energy projects, and LNG facilities
