Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) authorities state they first plan to establish electronic payments in big stores and oil stations in Kabul city
and then in other big cities of the country.DAB officials stated this system of payment can avoid the physical transaction of money.They
included that with electronic payments money blood circulation is avoided and the value of the afghani currency boosts.&& Our effort is to
have these devices in shops and oil stations in the very first stage so that citizens can pay their transactions digitally,& & said
