Nearly 300 domestic and international tourists are currently staying at the base camp, as reported on Wednesday.While the primary draw for
many visitors is the ascent of Annapurna-I, the 8,091-meter peak, the route also boasts other natural attractions, including the scenic
Panchakunda Lake, cascading waterfalls, and diverse biodiversity along the trail.To support this increased influx of visitors, Annapurna
Rural Municipality has implemented a tourism master plan focused on infrastructure improvements and enhanced services at the base camp
The local government has also allocated additional budgetary resources to sustain these initiatives and promote tourism in the region.
